We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities for multifamily and apartment projectsCoordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are metDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phasesMonitor and control project costs, identifying potential cost savings without compromising qualityImplement and maintain quality control measures throughout the construction processConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codesPrepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholdersTeam Leadership
