Job description

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Director to lead the development and execution of their global sales enablement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage a comprehensive sales enablement program to enhance productivity and performance

Collaborate with various teams to create technical training materials that highlight the company's value proposition

Develop and deliver ongoing enablement initiatives, including onboarding programs and certification efforts

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in sales enablement or related functions within B2B enterprise SaaS organizations

Strong understanding of complex technology solutions, preferably in customer experience or testing automation

Experience with enablement technology, including Learning Management Systems and Content Management platforms

Proven success in building and scaling sales enablement programs that yield measurable outcomes

Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire a global sales team
