We are currently looking for plumbers to join our maintenance team to conduct work at our properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, LA City and South Bay areas.

We are looking for all levels of experience, from entry level to senior level plumbers.

Duties

  • Working with mainlines
  • Working with sewer lines
  • Working with water heaters
  • Installation of toilets and sinks
  • Installation of garbage disposals
  • Installation of other plumbing fixtures
  • Pipe replacement and soldering
  • Willing to do basic handyman jobs as they relate to plumbing such as

Opening and closing of drywall

  • Patching of drywall
  • Light painting

    • Requirements :

  • Have a valid California Driver License
  • Have a car / truck
  • Have basic plumbing tools
  • Frequent walking, bending, and climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift, pull, push and / or move up to 40 lbs

    • Schedule :

  • Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • Available after hours or weekends for emergencies
