Assistant Director Risk Adjustment Member Engagement & Planning

We are looking for someone to ensure the best care for Cambias members and the most accurate risk scores. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing performance on various member engagement programs, leading long-range strategic planning for the RA department, and managing implementation of strategic projects.
Qualifications : Assistant Director Risk Adjustment Member Engagement & Planning would have a Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Business or related field and 7 years of experience in Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You Will Do at Cambia :
The expected hiring range for a AD Risk Adj Member Engagement and Plann ng is $132,600.00 - $179,400.00 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $124,000.00 to $203,000.00.
Duties are performed primarily in an office environment. Travel may be required, locally or out of state. May be required to work outside normal hours.
