Neurotology / Otology

Position Highlights

  • Clinical Excellence : Provide specialized care in Neurotology at our Otolaryngology Clinic and Strong Memorial Hospital supported by a collaborative team of specialists and a robust referral network across the greater Rochester region.
  • Academic Opportunities : Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within an academic environment that values innovation and collaboration. Resident teaching is expected, and scholarly activities strongly encouraged. Protected research time and resources are available for candidates seeking a career as a clinician-scientist.
  • Flexible Practice Design : The practice provides opportunity for subspecialty focus areas such as airway reconstruction, hearing and cochlear implants, or sinonasal disorders.

    Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
  • Fellowship trained Neurotologist.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and scholarly activity.
  • Interest in lateral skull base surgery and adult otology / neurotology desired

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Expected salary range : 250k – 500k
  • Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries
