Compensation : up to 100k

  • MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO STOCKTON DAILY

  • MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN
  • PASSED THE BAR IN ANY US STATE IS ACCEPTABLE

Our client is a busy and growing law firm specializing in Immigration, Naturalization, and Criminal Defense. Our practice primarily focuses on Asylum, Family-Based Immigration (including marriage cases), and Criminal Defense. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team and help manage our active caseload.

  • Strong interest in immigration and criminal defense work.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be a licensed attorney in any U.S. jurisdiction (California license preferred, but not required).
  • Provisional License or Diploma Privilege applicants are welcome.
  • Attorneys licensed in other states will be considered.
  • Prior experience in immigration law, criminal defense, or corporate law is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in immigration and criminal defense work.
