Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the production of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of people equipment and materials necessary to achieve both daily and long-term production objectives. This candidate will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operations meeting production goals maintaining quality standards and coordinating material flow to support timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership process oriented organizational and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational excellence. You will possess strong communication and decision-making skills and work well independently or within teams. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following :

• Plan organize and manage daily production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets
• Monitor production schedules workflow and resources to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste
