(API) is seeking a Counseling Supervisor to oversee and enhance student counseling services, including social, personal, and career development counseling, mental health services, and case management. What Youll Do :

• Lead & Manage the counseling department, ensuring effective student support services.
• Supervise Career Counselors and Career Preparation Instructors
• Training Staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Monitor & Evaluate Counseling Services, ensuring program effectiveness and policy compliance.
• Support Mental Health Needs, coordinating with the Mental Health Coordinator for evaluations & referrals.
• Oversee Student Progress Tracking, ensuring timely assessments and case management.
• Develop & Enforce Policies, ensuring adherence to program and safety standards.
• Train & Mentor Staff, empowering counselors to provide effective student support.
• Promote Student Development, helping students build skills for career and life success.
• Ensure Compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) & Confidentiality Policies.
