Service Advisor

If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy working around heavy equipment, we want to meet you. Vermeer All Roads is hiring a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our service department, coordinating repairs, communicating timelines, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment / heavy-duty background preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, act as liaison between customers and the dealership
Schedule appointments and prepare estimates
Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications
Create, update, and document repair / work orders accurately
Maintain strong customer relationships, drive retention and referrals
Proactively update customers on status, estimate changes, and pickup timing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Previous service writing / advisor experience required
Heavy-duty / heavy equipment experience preferred
Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills
