Team Lead (Mountain Iron)

Job Title : Team Lead Duties : We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail location.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team management and be able to effectively train and motivate staff members.

Responsibilities : Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.

Assist with the selection and training of new employees.
