Patient Transporter - Multiple Shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Transport program patients for admission and discharge, medical and other community appointments. This is the primary responsibility, approximately 75% of work time.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of agency vans.

PRSS / RC Duties below may be assigned depending on the transport schedule.

Location Address : 333 Evergreen West Street, Manteno

Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM

Sunday-Thursday 12 : 00 PM-8 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour

Experience and Skills :

Education and / or Experience : Transport / commercial driving. High School Diploma / GED required; Experience in / with substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and / or community relations encouraged to apply .

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations : Driver's license and current insurance. Must become certified as Certified CPRS / CRSS within one year.
