Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Management staff in maximizing sales, providing an exceptional shopping experience for the customer and managing the store in accordance with the company visual and operational standards. The Sales Supervisor assumes responsibility for the operations of a store as “Manager-on-Duty” in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. This opportunity is based in our Napa location.

Responsibilities : SALES LEADERSHIP :

• Assumes Manager’s role in supervising staff in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Strives for sales excellence and results
• Ensures selling standards are met
• Works with customers and models excellent customer service and clienteling skills
• Maximizes sales through strong floor supervision

Requirements :

The base hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $24.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
