Compass Memorial Healthcare is a critical access hospital that is fully equipped with the latest technology so we can improve the health of the community and patients we serve. We have an active ER, OR, Oncology and Med / Surg unit. CMH has 5 clinics within our service area, and we service 6 different nursing homes. Primary Functions

Impeccable attention to detail, ability to maintain a sterile field and speak up if its broken, trustworthiness, team player, willingness to learn new skills or specialties, ability to plan. Ability to organize supplies and instruments required for procedures.
