Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone calls to assist clients with non-emergency medical transportation needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma required; college education preferred

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment

Experience with product and systems training

Ability to work full-time with a fixed schedule, including weekends

Must have a dedicated home office workspace with adequate setup
