• Night shifts primarily 7pm - 7am with flexibility for day shifts
• Additional shift times available : 6am - 2pm, 1pm - 9pm, 9am - 9pm, 11am - 11pm
• Approximately 6 - 8 shifts per month
• 20,000 visits per year
• ER Provider Code response required
• Ongoing assignment
