Internal Medicine opening in Washington Located in Pullman, WA70 miles to Spokane, WAFull-time, permanent placementA renowned nonprofit critical access hospital, located conveniently on the hospital campus. Our clinic is equipped with on-site lab and X-ray services, enhancing the quality of care we provide. This role offers a hybrid practice opportunity, combining both clinic and inpatient shifts, and includes established partnerships with internal medicine residencies, plus an on-campus family medicine residency programOur excellent compensation package includes : $270,000 Guarantee Salary range with production $270,000 - $350,000 annually 20,000 quality incentive bonus Commitment incentive Relocation stipend Retention incentive over 5 years CME Stipend 401K Match Health and dental benefits Full-time : 32 hours per week, 4 days per week. 184 days / year, 46 weeks / year Call obligation 1 night / week and every 4th weekend.
