Nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the city offers 300 days of sunshine each year, desert vistas, and a thriving creative community. Residents enjoy world-class galleries, local cuisine, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.

Salary and Benefits

• $250,000 $280,000 annually (based on experience)
• Up to 20% annual bonus
• Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus (case-by-case)
