The Role

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office supporting administrative needs across departments and helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized proactive professional who enjoys variety thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clientsgreeting guests and maintaining a professional polished front office presence.
  • Manage office supplies equipment and vendor relationships; ensure facilities are clean stocked and functioning smoothly.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics conference room scheduling and catering for internal and external events.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including workspace setup and coordination with IT and HR.
  • Assist with travel arrangements expense tracking and reimbursements.
  • Maintain calendars organize company events and support internal communications.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to support company-wide initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in office administration operations or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office technology.
  • Positive attitude resourceful mindset and team-oriented approach.
