THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Analyst to join our client’s Corporate Development team. In this role, you will support the evaluation, modeling, and execution of investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. The Analyst will provide financial insights, manage portfolio reporting, and contribute to initiatives that drive long‑term value for stakeholders. You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead financial and business due diligence processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership summarizing financial health, risk, and opportunities.
• Support execution of agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to monitor key market trends.
• Manage analytics and reporting on the company’s investment portfolio.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to support strategic initiatives and contribute to quarterly investor and board updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
