Operations Analyst

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties :

• Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence and multiple orgs
• Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes
• Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives
• Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures
• Assist with enterprise policy management, updates and publication in Confluence
• Assist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reviews and updates
• Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements
• Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates
• Submit regular status reports on progress

The approximate pay range for this position is between $26.29 and $37.56 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
