Rate : $60 / hr (negotiable)

Job Description :

• We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who is vision focused and help transform our Customer's business to ServiceNow implementation .
• It will be ideal for candidate to have ServiceNow CSM, ITSM and or CRM modules .
• Team is building a Product that works on ServiceNow CSM / ITSM modules and supported business transformation by translating workflows across modules.
• Seasoned Product Owner involved in evaluating challenges and build product roadmap, features and discoveries
• Need to know where the product is now and also need to know where it will be in near future
• Required experience in Healthcare Industry and Led end-to-end feature development, from ideation and user story creation to design, development, and production rollout.
• Transforming business requirements into actionable product features, ensuring usability, scalability, and measurable business value.
• Complete Customer Facing - Concept Development and Demonstrations - conduct discoveries - meeting with customers etc
• Led end-to-end product lifecycle in ServiceNow platform, driving roadmap, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery across CSM and ITSM modules
• Drives value to the business by building, managing and maintaining Product Backlog(s) in collaboration with IT teams, based on magnitude, scope and complexity.
• Represents the business to the team, and defines business value for them.
• Defines the details of what is being done and the overall scope of the project that builds the product offering.
• Ensures that acceptance criteria is well-defined. Plays a key role in shaping the direction of the product.in feature creation, user story writing and collaboratively innovating through Joint Application Development (JAD) and other brainstorming sessions.
• Bachelor's Degree (Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field)
• 6 years IT and business analysis, business development, solutions development, systems analysis, technical design / development, implementation OR
• 7+ years product owner experience
• Requires Previous healthcare experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner Pref
• Knowledge of business and management principles., Advanced
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite ability., Advanced
• Knowledge of project planning and life cycle development., Advanced
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Advanced
• Ability to recognize, analyze and solve a variety of problems., Advanced
