Key Responsibilities :
- Create themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to agency standards.
- Convert existing use cases into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Analyze existing process documentation and identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of various initiatives across DPS.
- Collaborate with project and development teams to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with agency goals.
