A physician-owned / governed multispecialty group in Jackson, Tennessee, is adding an Interventional Cardiologist. You will join a team of 7 Cardiologists and 10 APPs. The practice has served the area for many years and is expanding to meet increasing demand for high-quality cardiac care.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a MD or DO with a strong background in Medicare and managed care environments to join our patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing chronic conditions in older adults, understanding value-based care principles, and working in coordination with care teams to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients
• Conduct preventive care visits, chronic disease management, and acute care as needed
• Collaborate with care teams including nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and specialists
• Adhere to documentation standards and clinical protocols aligned with value‑based care metrics
• Utilize EMR effectively for documentation, coding, and care coordination
• Participate in quality initiatives and care plan development for high‑risk patients
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and managed care expectations
