Job Summary :
HiFyve is hiring a Process Engineer for a leading global manufacturer specializing in advanced material technologies that support industries such as automotive, packaging, healthcare, and consumer products. The facility is modern, team-oriented, and focused on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop formulations and pour patterns to meet production specifications
- Lead daily process operations and troubleshoot production and equipment issues
- Partner with maintenance to resolve equipment concerns and minimize downtime
- Plan and execute process improvement and cost reduction projects
- Optimize raw material usage and minimize waste
- Participate in plant audits focused on safety and quality
- Write and update standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Support new product launches and technology implementation initiatives
