Job description

The ideal candidate will ideally live on the North side of Austin, preferably Temple or close to that location and will have experience with Baylor, Scott & White or Healthcare remodels and build outs. My client has an office based in Tempe with 10 people in it currently, they have been working with Baylor for over 3 years now and the work is continuing. Due to growth, they now need a superintendent to help oversee that work.

Requirements

  • Healthcare TI experience
  • Familiar with the interior building process
  • Understands construction software (Not just Word and Excel)
  • Familiar with and can navigate through the City of Austin Inspection process

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or degree (equivalent)
  • Time management and communication skills
  • Basic budgeting and public safety
