Rang Healthcare is seeking a CMA Clinic Lead for a local contract job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

• Work Location : 77 Massachusetts Ave. Cambridge MA 02139 (Resource may be asked to fill in at Flu clinic in Lexington, MA during week of 10 / 20, if cleared to start. Otherwise, the location in Cambridge is the sole work location.)
• Work Schedule : Guaranteed at 40hrs / wk - Must be available to work three 12-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week. Every third week, there is a requirement of two 12-hour shifts (weekday), one 4-hour shift (weekday), and a weekend shift (both Saturday and Sunday) from 10 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm. Must be available to work minor holidays (10 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm).
• EMR : Experience with Cerner a nice to have, but will accept similar technologies including Epic
• Team Dynamics : Urgent care is down to 1-2 MAs, closer to 25 MAs in various specialties.  Highly team oriented, high MIT professional standards, client not tolerant of attendance issues
• Training : Week 1 will consist of training 8AM – 5PM (target start date10 / 13) General Orientation, Ifo Systems – access / equipment, IS fundamentals course, cohort schedule, and EMR training (Cerner)
• Compliance / Credentialing : CSI Screening Vendor Package to include : Massachusetts CORI, State / Federal criminal screening and Sex Offender Registry, Education Verification + Vendors own credentialing + OC Health screening packet (client has been asked to share) + Proof of certifications / degree provided in “smart sheet”. MIT does not require drug screen or employment verification
• Interviews : 30-minute Zoom + 45 minute onsite with MNGR and another MA
