About the Position :

• Outpatient Only Practice - no hospital call
• Work in a collaborative environment with access to multidisciplinary resources and specialists.
• Volumes range based on provider avg. 16-20ppd
• Multiple clinic options with space to house a new provider
• Flexible 4 or 4.5 day work week

Optional : Potential to augment practice with additional roles including; inpatient rehabilitation rounding, long-term acute care (LTAC) rounding, and / or nursing home rounding / directorships
