The Role

We're looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who is ready to step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact. This position blends strategy and hands-on execution, managing HR operations while mentoring a small team. You'll oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll preparation, compliance, and employee engagement - ensuring HR processes not only run smoothly but also strengthen culture and support company growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop HR staff, fostering accountability and growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to deliver a best-in-class candidate and new hire experience.
• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws across multiple states (FL, AL, MI, MD).
• Validate payroll inputs (PTO, bonuses, allowances, terminations) for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity (iSolved experience a plus).
• Support benefits, safety, and compliance programs, including OSHA and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
