Senior New Accounts Representative

Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior New Accounts / Customer Service Representative  with one of the nation’s top-performing banks . Your specific duties will include :

• Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Processing all new account transactions, including opening consumer and basic business accounts.
• Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services to help meet branch goals.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range : $22.05 - $28.60 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
