A company is looking for an HR Generalist II to support various functional areas within the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and monitors onboarding and offboarding processes and procedures
Conducts analysis to understand departmental needs and develop appropriate solutions
Maintains and monitors HR policies, procedures, and programs related to employee relations and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience in areas such as talent acquisition or employee relations
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage conflicting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
