Patient Access Specialist (CSR) – $21 / hr

Orlando, FL / Maitland, FL
Immediate Start Location : Orlando, FL
Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Start Date : 10 / 27 / 25

We are hiring a PAS with a strong background in reception, administrative support, patient authorization, and billing / insurance processes. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience and be comfortable working with CRM systems, office software, and billing platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person

Manage patient authorizations and insurance verifications

Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and handling front desk operations

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document handling

Utilize CRM and billing software to manage customer records and transactions

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, receptionist, admin assistant, or patient authorization roles

Experience with CRM systems, billing software, or insurance platforms

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office technology

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
