Seneca Foods in Blue Earth, MN is currently seeking a Full-Time Field Representative to join our team. Procure raw products from a grower-based operation that meets objective standards. Responsible for contracting, planting, and harvesting peas and sweet corn acreage in a defined growing location.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a plan to contract crop acres
• Issue seed, plant, survey for weeds and other pests, stake fields, sample crops, procure labor and equipment
• Supervise harvest of peas and sweet corn acreage, and maintain accurate records
• Encourage good grower and community relations
• Ensure that GMP's (General Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced
• Cross training with other departments as opportunities arise
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities, and experience from $62k to $72k.
