Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO's complex calendar, travel, and correspondence
• Prepare, review, and edit materials for meetings and board communications
• Coordinate Board and leadership meetings, including agenda prep, materials, and follow-up
• Serve as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
