We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Salem Transition Care, nestled in Oregon’s capital city. This 81-bed skilled nursing community is a beautiful / modern facility, with a well-equipped rehab gym and a high volume of short-term care patients. As an Occupational Therapist with Avamere Rehab, you will join a team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve.
