Unit : Neuro Medical / Telemetry – 10th Floor

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Number of Beds : 36-bed Telemetry unit

Start Date : January 19, 2026

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1470-$1570

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas or compact state)

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience

Experience with medication drips, bubble studies, and EEGs preferred

Familiarity with Meditech EMR system a plus

NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred

Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients on the Telemetry unit, delivering high-quality clinical care

Administer medication drips and perform specialized procedures including bubble studies and EEGs

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (RNs, Patient Care Techs, Unit Clerks)

Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech EMR

Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards

Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout the care process
