Role Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who can translate Leena AI’s differentiated positioning into revenue. You will own the full outbound cycle—identifying new accounts, crafting executive-level narratives around Agentic AI, and orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deals that expand our footprint across IT, HR and Finance service desks.
Key Responsibilities
ThemeWhat You’ll Do Pipeline Generation & ABM
- Research, segment and prioritize target accounts in ITSM, HRIS and Finance Ops ecosystems.
- Leverage intent data, partner co-sell motions (SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft) and industry events to create 4-5× pipeline coverage. Value-Based Selling
- Lead discovery to surface cost-to-serve, time-to-resolution and employee-experience pain points.
- Map Leena AI’s Agentic AI ROI model to customer metrics (ticket deflection, FTE savings, NPS). Opportunity Management
- Build and advance MEDDICC-aligned sales plans, coordinating Solution Engineering, Product and Partner teams.
- Navigate legal, security and procurement to reach timely close. Thought Leadership
- Act as a subject-matter expert on GenAI governance, agent orchestration and enterprise integrations.
- Represent Leena AI on webinars, CIO roundtables and partner roadshows. Forecasting & Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate data in HubSpot; deliver weekly commit and risk calls.
- Continuously refine messaging using win / loss insights and competitive intel (e.g., Moveworks, Aisera, ServiceNow).
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years enterprise SaaS quota-carrying success, ideally selling to IT, HR or Finance lines of business.
Proven hunter in the U.S. market , comfortable with $100 k – $1 M ACV deals and multi-year SaaS contracts.Fluency in AI / ML, ITSM, HRIS or related tech vocab; able to explain LLM, RAG, and agent frameworks to business & technical buyers.Track record of co-selling with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, hyperscaler marketplaces).Mastery of HubSpot (or Salesforce) CRM, MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodology.Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills up to CxO level.Nice to Have
Experience positioning GenAI or automation platforms against incumbents like ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Moveworks or Aisera.Prior success in HRTech, ITSM or Finance-Ops software.Why Leena AI
