Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Suite Living Senior Care. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents in our assisted living and memory care facilities. This role requires a caring professional who is committed to ensuring the well-being, comfort, and dignity of each resident while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care : Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and other healthcare services as prescribed by physicians.
• Care Planning : Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Health Monitoring : Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, report changes in condition to the healthcare team, and assist with health assessments as necessary.
• Memory Care Support : Assist in providing care to residents with memory loss or cognitive impairments, ensuring safety and enhancing quality of life.
• Family Communication : Establish and maintain communication with residents' families, keeping them informed about the health and care of their loved ones.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and caregivers, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Training and Support : Assist in training new nursing staff and provide mentorship to caregivers.

Qualifications

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices in senior care.
