Overview

Mastercard’s Commercial Solutions team is a rapidly growing organization with responsibilities to deliver innovative solutions to help our customers grow and expand their business. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this dynamic team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We are seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer to lead a cross-functional development team within the Commercial Solutions organization.

Role :

• Build performant, scalable and secure web applications.
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction on systems and web application architecture and system design.
• Guide and coach less experienced engineers.
• Focus on user-centered design.
• Spearhead design, technical and code reviews.
• Implement coding standards and approaches.
• Promote an Agile approach to software development. Insist on a culture of continuous integration and delivery, automation and minimizing blast radius.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to mitigate risk and resolve dependencies.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri : $115,000 - $184,000 USD
