Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1816.00

PT - Long Term Care (LTC) needed asap

Effectively screens / evaluates / rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders and / or wound care and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.

1 year of PT experience - Required

New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience

LTC or Rehab experience - Required

MO State License - Required

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS(Copy Needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required
