Patient Care Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist to manage member inquiries and pharmacy orders.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and inquiries

Schedule deliveries for patients while adhering to accreditation and pharmacy requirements

Maintain knowledge of escalation processes to communicate urgent patient needs effectively

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship

Availability to work Monday - Friday from 1 : 30 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m. EST

Willingness to participate in Saturday rotation every 6 - 8 weeks

Completion of a 6-week training program from 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m
