Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Orlando, Florida.
Duties :
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, demonstrating practical project management experience
- Perform data transformation and reporting using Microsoft Excel to support project tracking and decision-making
- Maintain and update SharePoint RAID logs, ensuring all risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions are documented and tracked
- Utilize Jira for backlog management, scope tracking, and sprint progress updates
- Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and transparency on project status and outcomes
- Take full ownership of assigned initiatives, driving accountability and timely delivery
- Present insights through data storytelling, using metrics to highlight progress, trends, and impact
- Support HR system initiatives through working knowledge of SAP HR modules
- Lead or support efforts to rebuild and enhance capabilities across platforms
- Develop and maintain SharePoint dashboards and reports to visualize key project metrics and performance
- Oversee enterprise-level technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Maintain strong cadence and documentation discipline across all project phases
- Manage financial performance of projects, including burn rate tracking, forecast versus actuals analysis, and variance mitigation
- Support or coordinate SAP Workday migration activities, ensuring smooth system integration and transition

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
