Job Description

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Retail Patrol Full-Time in Ellicott City, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a bustling retail location. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to situations as they arise, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
