Full Service Technician

This position is responsible for the set up process for a rewind transformer. The hours for this position are 6 am - 4 : 30 pm Monday through Thursday.

Day to day this role includes :

• Using a caliper and tape measure to create precise measurement which are used in the rewind process.
• Using a series of hand tools to complete the setup of the transformer.
• Basic data entry into labor system (MOM)
• Practicing safe behaviors by wearing proper protective equipment when handling core steel.
• May operate overhead crane or forklift as necessary.
• Must be willing and able to complete repetitive processes and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Cross train on stacking, and teardown as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Wiring experience is a plus.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Help team members resolve questions.
• A dependable and strong work ethic, work safely.
• Professional language and conduct at all times.
• Technical, mechanical, or electrical experience / college is a plus.
