Now Hiring for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for a Great Company in Streetsboro, OH!

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Receive and Process Orders
  • Produce Shipping Labels and Manual Invoices
  • Process Orders Through Excel Spreadsheets / UPS or FedEx Portals
  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Input Replacement Part Requests Into Google Forms
  • Create Postage Labels for Shipping Replacement Parts
  • Various Office Duties Including Filing, Separating Shipping Labels, and Organizing Paperwork for Shipments

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, billing, or a related area.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and data management skills.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and crediting processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Skills

    • Schedule : Monday - Friday [8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm] Must be Able to Work Black Friday 11 / 28 / 2025 / CyberMonday 12 / 1 / 2025 and The Day After Christmas 12 / 26 / 2025

    Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour [Based on Experience]
