Senior Data Analyst / Report Writer 3 - State Government Project

W2 Position - Remote

Required Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear, practical recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and / or database tools to pull, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Experience building or supporting low-code tools or platforms (e.g., Power Platform or similar) to display data and collect input.
• Ability to synthesize information across datasets, policies, or requirements to identify patterns, gaps, or redundancies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks asynchronously, and meet deadlines.
