Our client, an Am Law 100 firm , is seeking a motivated associate with 2 years of labor & employment litigation experience to join its nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in the Houston office .
Key Experience
- Handling TROs, temporary injunctions, trade secret misappropriation, and noncompete litigation .
- Exposure to wage and hour class actions and single-plaintiff employment litigation .
- Strong legal writing skills , with experience in discovery, motion practice, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings .
- Preferred experience in trial preparation (state and federal courts) and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations .
