Customer Care Representative

A company is looking for a CMO Customer Care Representative (Wave 3).

Key Responsibilities

Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls

Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Provide solutions to simplify health care experiences for members

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required

Must be located in Florida for this remote position

Successful candidates must have hardwired internet with specific speed requirements

A quiet workspace is necessary for the role
