Overview :
This role ensures compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards through audits, documentation reviews, and process evaluations. It involves close interaction with shop floor teams and leadership to identify and resolve process deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing processes and verify adherence to safety and quality objectives.
- Review logs, control plans, and specifications for compliance.
- Conduct process audits, observe operations, and document findings.
- Approve sampling procedures and reporting formats for quality data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in standard work and process control.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions on quality control activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.3–7 years of relevant experience (internships may count as part of experience).Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Ability to read technical prints and understand control plans.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of gage and torque tools.Familiarity with PFMEA and process control methods.Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Confidence in conducting audits and interacting with shop floor personnel.Work Environment
70% office / 30% shop floor.100% on-site role.
