Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Writer role located in Tempe, AZ at iAUTOHAUS. The Service Writer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, utilizing computer literacy skills to manage service requests, communicating effectively with clients, and maintaining phone etiquette during interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Computer Literacy for managing service requests
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
