• Minimum 3 years of NICU nursing experience required\n
• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (Registered Nurse license)\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications\n
• Ability to float to Nursery or similar clinical units\n\nNICU Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality neonatal nursing care in a Level 3 NICU environment\n
• Monitor, assess, and document neonate patient conditions and progress\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive clinical support\n
• Float to Nursery or other units within scope of RN practice as needed\n
